Web Support Executive

Job Title: Web Support Executive 

Reports to: Senior Director E-Commerce Applications

Location: Dubai, Head office

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Web Support Executive to join our team and be responsible for managing the content of our website and mobile app through a Content Management System (CMS) and providing CMS support to users. In this role, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of content before it is published.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage content updates for the website and mobile app using the CMS

  • Respond to CMS support inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinates feedback from CMS users, including feature requests and areas of improvement, and proactively provides a workaround to any CMS issues

  • Ensure the quality of content before publishing by reviewing and approving the content and conducting a site audit

  • Approving hotel promotional campaigns and checking their availability on our digital channels via Reservations Management System

  • Assists in testing, analysing and reporting product bugs on CMS and website

  • Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues for users

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the CMS and overall user experience

  • Assists Internal teams by building Landing Pages via a Page Builder functionality

  • Assist marketing team in building campaigns content via CMS

  • Generating periodical content reporting

Qualifications, Skills and Education:

  • Proven experience working with Content Management Systems

  • Highly proficient in all MS/Google Office family of  products (Excel/Sheets, Word/Doc, Powerpoints/Slides)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review content for accuracy and quality

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong work ethic and a get-the-job-done attitude

  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus

  • Opera experience is a plus

  • Experience in web support or a similar role is a plus

  • Experience in site management is a plus
