Position Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our internal software development department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects and analysing and interpreting business requirements.
Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams

Manage project timelines and deliverables of the software development department

Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Facilitate Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups meetings with developers

Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders

Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and work with them to resolve any issues or mitigate risks

Ensure that all project documentation, such as project plans, requirements documents, and test plans, is accurate and up to date

Facilitate meetings and working sessions with project team members, stakeholders, and other project partners
Qualifications, Skills and Education:

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role

Experience in business analysis and requirements definition is a must

Strong understanding of software development and design processes

Strong understanding of the Agile development process

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in working with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana and others

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
