Project Management

Plan and oversee the execution of marketing projects and developments
-
Create and maintain marketing processes to manage all the activities within the department.

Become the first source of information for team members and play the role of bridge to communicate all the upcoming initiatives from other departments.

Facilitate the delivery of multiple timely and successful omni-channel marketing campaigns, marketing initiatives and marketing processes to support the ultimate success and achievement of business objectives.

Monitor and manage multi-channel marketing calendars for the internal team and external audiences through the use of Asana and related project management tools.
-
Support the on-time delivery of marketing initiatives by scheduling tasks according to the documented marketing processes and ensuring timely progress
-
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to support relationship and brand initiatives through the sourcing of content, offers, or other resources
-
Management of project requests and intake; identifying, analysing, prioritizing, and mitigating project risks through consistent evaluation of ongoing projects and initiatives.

Document project progress via insights obtained through the project management tool to provide an overview of team effectiveness and team resources.

Maintain documentation of processes, plans and reports to ensure continued efficiency and continuity across the marketing organization

Provide the first level of response and support to the brands and external stakeholders, directing requests to appropriate personnel.

Collaborating with different internal departments and agencies on multiple digital projects

Asset and Content Management
-
Manage internal organization, intake and accessibility of Marketing materials through Google Drive and Asana, including Brand Submitted Images and logos, associated licensing and other creative assets
-

Internal Communications and Support
-
Manage the intake, organization and handover of information and assets from multiple internal stakeholders and department heads for monthly communications.

Qualifications
To fulfil this role successfully, the candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree
-
5+ years of professional marketing or project management experience, preferably (but not required) in the hospitality or travel industry
-
2+ years of demonstrated experience with a project management platform
-
Excellent people management, communication, and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
-
Innovative problem solver and creative thinker who is intensely detail-oriented, results-focused and able to successfully execute multiple complex projects accurately and on time
-
Must be highly flexible and embrace constant change
-
Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as individually. Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment

Should be highly innovative with positive energy and have strong organizational skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and equivalent G-Suite products
It would be advantageous for the candidate to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Education specialized in marketing or communications
-
Experience with Asana, SmartSheet, or a similar project management platform
-
Travel, leisure or hospitality industry experience
-
Loyalty marketing experience
-
Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop preferred)

The ideal candidate will share our company values, will be self-motivated, and someone who takes their own development seriously. Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a bonus. Experience of customer loyalty programmes would also be helpful.
