Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager: Marketing Promotions will work within the CRM team to assist and own operational support of the set-up, testing and execution of various promotional campaigns as well as other marketing automation and CRM deliverables. The individual will also be responsible for tracking and reporting such campaigns and will work closely with our analytics team to derive insights in terms of the performance of such campaigns. This role will liaise with various internal and external (brand and partnership) stakeholders working to advise brands on opportunities with D$ promotions as well as building out their promotional calendar and requirements. Promotions are focused on but not limited to DISCOVERY Dollar (D$) brand promotions.
Responsibilities:

Serve as operational support in planning, building, setting, testing and deploying loyalty promotions by audience segmentation and rule-building via customer experience loyalty platform, with a strong focus on brand performance initiatives.

Offer support in performance analytics of campaigns to derive insights and recommendations on improving current and future campaigns.

Supporting overall CRM and Marketing Technology initiatives via campaign and marketing automation build, testing and execution and other platform maintenance or engagement.

Consult with brands on identifying opportunities to use D$ in promotions and actively encourage participation in such campaigns.

Provide support as needed with respect to customer-related queries, including research and troubleshooting.
Requirements and Education:
Basic skills & requirements

5-7 years of working experience, preferably in CRM and marketing automation.

Marketing knowledge and campaign management experience.

Detailed orientated.

At least one year of experience in marketing automation, audience segmentation or loyalty platform

Marketing-related certification/Qualification would be advantageous.
